Questions about pricing
What happens when the free trial ends?
We send an invoice for the plan you chose. Your data stays in place while you decide. If you do not continue, your account is closed and you can ask for an export of your data first.
How can we pay?
By bank transfer or mobile money. Each month you receive an invoice with our payment details, and a receipt once the payment is confirmed.
Our school has more than one branch. How does that work?
Each branch runs as its own school, with its own students, staff, fees and website, so nothing gets mixed up. The owner signs in once, moves between branches, and sees reports for each branch side by side. Standard includes up to 2 branches and Premium up to 5, each added to the main school's monthly invoice. For a larger group, get in touch.
Do parents or students pay anything?
No. The school pays one monthly price and every student, parent and teacher login is included.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing month.
What if we have more students than our plan allows?
You can keep working; we will contact you about moving to the next plan. Nothing is locked or deleted.
Is our school's data kept separate from other schools?
Yes. Each school's records are kept apart from every other school's, and only people your school gives a login to can see them. Read our privacy policy for details.
