Why we built it
Most schools we meet run on a mix of paper registers, spreadsheets and phone calls. The same student's details are typed into the admission book, the fee ledger, the exam mark sheet and the class list, and they drift apart.
Dartutors System keeps one record per student and lets every part of the school work from it. When a parent pays, the bursar, the class teacher and the parent all see the same balance. When a student is absent, the parent knows before break time.

Teachers mark registers and parents check results from ordinary phones. No special hardware and no app store downloads needed.
Plain language
Screens use the words your staff already use: register, stream, term, fee balance. If something is confusing, we change it.
